Sea Turtle was founded by a family in Cypress, California. As parents, we found our children destroyed toothbrushes in a days! We knew there had to be a better way. Our journey lead us to create the Sea Turtle Bamboo Toothbrush.

How Do I Dispose Of My Toothbrush?

Recycle or compost in your green bin! If you don’t have one, dispose them in your garbage. The toothbrush will break down including the bristles.

To maintain the toothbrushes’ bio properties, no varnish was added to its natural water resistant surface. It is recommended to completely dry your toothbrush before storing to minimize mold.

Our bamboo toothbrushes have bristles that are 100% plant based, derived from castor beans! The chemical compound is Nylon 1010 which is a bio-based polymer extracted from castor oil. It has excellent mechanical properties such as strength, high melting point, and compact melting point.
